• ER Extra™: An innovative program developed by Health Management to help streamline the process of patient diagnosis and treatment in our hospital emergency rooms. A revolutionary ER experience, ER Extra™ is aimed at making sure every patient receives the proper care in the most timely, comfortable and efficient manner.

  The program combines a patient-centered customer service program with a patient tracking system and has reduced wait times, enhanced quality and increased patient satisfaction. ER Extra™ means extra fast, extra easy and extra great care at our hospitals.

• Robotic Surgery:  An advanced technology generally reserved for large, urban hospitals we have brought to many of our communities.

  Physicians using this robotic surgery system can perform cardiothoracic, colorectal, gynecological, head/neck, urological and general surgery procedures, allowing patients to receive the latest surgical innovations without having to leave their hometown.  Patients undergoing this minimally invasive surgery typically experience less pain, less blood loss, shorter hospital stays, faster recovery and better clinical outcomes.

Health Management introduced fifteen state-of-the-art robotic surgery systems to our hospitals in 2010, and we plan to add eleven more in 2011.
