HMA offers both private practice and employed opportunities in all of its markets for quality medical providers. As part of the recruitment process HMA offers income guarantees in all HMA markets and employment opportunities in selective markets. As a newly recruited physician under either arrangement, HMA has an extensive orientation program to the HMA system and commits all of the services of the Physician Security Plus program to assure the best possibility for the greatest success of the new recruit.
