Throughout their stay, our patients are offered a variety of opportunities to provide feedback. Each of our hospitals retains Patient Advocates, whose primary function is to elicit, collect and respond to customer issues. We also engage the services of The Gallup Organization to survey our patients and to provide process improvement and healthcare industry expertise. We monitor results of these patient surveys on a daily basis, make appropriate changes to address issues and pass on praise for exceptional customer service.
