Yes, all HMA employees are provided access, free of charge, to an Employee Assistance Plan. (EAP)
Health Management Associates understands that the demands and pressures associated with balancing work and personal life can be overwhelming. We want to be certain we are providing our employees with the best possible support and services. That is why we contracted with ValueOptions to provide an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and Work/Life balance services for our employees and their immediate family members.
