Founded in 1977, Health Management is a premier operator of non-urban acute care hospitals thoughout the United States, and primarily located in key markets in the Southeast and Southwest. Health Management's mission is to deliver compassionate and high quality health care services that improve the quality of life for the patients, physicians and communities we serve. The Company has a consistent track record of transforming underutilized hospitals into profitable and superior medical centers. Health Management, by and through its subsidiaries, currently operates 54 hospitals in 15 states with approximately 8,000 licensed beds.
