Joseph C. Meek
Vice President and Treasurer
Joseph C. Meek was named Vice President and
Corporate Treasurer on July 9, 2007. Prior to joining Health Management,
Mr. Meek held corporate treasury and investor relations positions of
increasing responsibility with SSM Health Care, Spectrum Brands and
Peabody Energy, all in St. Louis, Missouri. Mr. Meek has also held
banking positions with Yasuda Trust and Union Bank of Switzerland, both
in Chicago, Illinois. Mr. Meek holds a B.A. degree from Carroll College
and a M.B.A. degree from Marquette University. He also pursued graduate
studies at Sophia University in Tokyo, Japan.
