C. Scott Campbell
Vice President - Physician/Customer Development
Scott Campbell is the Vice President of Physician / Customer Development. Mr. Campbell joined HMA in March 1990 and subsequently served as a CEO at three HMA facilities, two of which were new acquisitions. In March 2002, he was promoted to a Regional Vice President role, leading hospitals located in the Mid Atlantic area. In May of 2006 Mr. Campbell assumed the leadership of a new HMA endeavor to establish an effective customer relations program addressing physician, patient and employee satisfaction, along with companywide physician recruitment. Mr. Campbell has held leadership positions in hospitals and systems since 1981. His executive experience includes appointments at a specialty Children’s Hospital and the systems Bon Secours, HCA, Charter Medical and now HMA for the past 18 years. Mr. Campbell holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Virginia Commonwealth University and a Master of Health Administration from the Medical College of Virginia, Virginia Commonwealth University.
